Video Script:

This person asks, “Is my credit good enough to buy a home?” Generally speaking, a good credit score is between 690 and 850. Sometimes it takes a while to get there. You get your score up by paying your bills on time and not borrowing more than you can afford. Obviously, you will get better benefits in your loan with a higher score as opposed to a lower score. However, there are options out there for people with lower-than-optimal credit scores. If you are unsure about what you can or cannot qualify for, I can connect you with a lender. I’m David Colla with the Connie Colla Group and I am your Arizona real estate expert here in the Valley. If you have any questions or you are ready to buy a home or sell your current home, give me a call.
