Are There Any Programs to Help First-time Homebuyers?
➖Real Estate FAQ's!➖ 🔹Today’s Question = "Are There Any Programs to Help First-time Homebuyers?" https://youtube.com/shorts/zoeGJsLFoK0?feature=share Video Script: This person asks, “If I’m buying a house for the first time ever, are there any programs to help me?” The short answer is yes! First-time homebuyers are at a huge advantage when buying a home. You may be able to get down payment assistance, or even a loan with no down payment at all but you could have to use a government-backed loan assistance program, and you may even have to take an educational class on homeownership. Also, as a first-time homebuyer, you may even qualify for a loan if your credit score isn’t the best, and some loans offer lower interest rates for first-time buyers. How Can I Get Prequalified to Buy a House?
➖Real Estate FAQ's!➖ 🔹Today’s Question = "How Can I Get Prequalified to Buy a House?" https://youtube.com/shorts/B9fh0psssqA?feature=share Video Script: This person asks, “How can I get prequalified to buy a house?” Well what does that mean? Getting prequalified to buy a house just means you are seeing if you are eligible to take out a loan from the bank and if so, how much you can borrow. It’s always a good idea to get prequalified before searching for a home, that way, we know what price range we are looking for. On top of that, if we do find a home you like, we cannot put an offer on the home without submitting your prequalification paper as well. To get prequalified, call your bank or current lender and just say “I want to get prequalified for a loan, what would my next steps be?” Or just shoot me an email and I’ll give you a list of some of the qualified lenders I’ve worked with in the past. Is My Credit Good Enough to Buy a Home?
➖Real Estate FAQ's!➖ 🔹Today’s Question = "Is My Credit Good Enough to Buy a Home?" https://youtube.com/shorts/WNA6R-rl6OM?feature=share Video Script: This person asks, “Is my credit good enough to buy a home?” Generally speaking, a good credit score is between 690 and 850. Sometimes it takes a while to get there. You get your score up by paying your bills on time and not borrowing more than you can afford. Obviously, you will get better benefits in your loan with a higher score as opposed to a lower score. However, there are options out there for people with lower-than-optimal credit scores. If you are unsure about what you can or cannot qualify for, I can connect you with a lender. I’m David Colla with the Connie Colla Group and I am your Arizona real estate expert here in the Valley.
